Notes:

When returning whole machines and/or controls for repair they must have all guards and fully functional OSHA approved electrical disconnects installed. All unused holes must be plugged and cords must not be frayed. If the machine is missing any of the above items, we will need to replace them and add the cost to the repair bill.

Heavily soiled machines can be professionally cleaned for an additional cost. We can also repaint any painted surfaces at an additional cost. Please consult with service advisor for details.

We will provide a detailed estimate of time and materials involved. The work will not commence without prior authorization and receipt of a purchase order.
